Photographs to the right represent a number of the major fruit categories handled by Interpack. Strawberries, raspberries and grape juice concentrate are our three biggest volume items. We source conventional and organic fruit and juice primarily from our backyard here on West Coast as well as Michigan, Maine and Eastern Canada plus raspberries from Chile. We work with importers who specialize in tropicals such as mango puree concentrate from Colombia and pineapple juice concentrate. We have a budding business in vegetables such as cut corn and carrots and nuts from California.

Fruit and juice for the industrial, foodservice and retail markets are produced both aseptically and frozen, IQF, wet pack, pureed and concentrated and packaged in pails, cartons, drums and tankers.
